DNC Launches Broad Legal Attack On RNC Over Trump's 'Voter Fraud' CrusadeIn a dramatic escalation of a long legal battle between the national Democratic and Republican parties - and in what is arguably a fitting culmination to the year of Donald Trump - the Democratic National Committee is asking a federal court to hold the Republican National ( Read more... )

I hope everyone stays safe while voting. I do think this will backfire as most voter suppression efforts do -- it seems to motivate people more than ever to vote -- but it shouldn't have to be such a fucking gauntlet

btw I early voted (in my extremely wealthy and conservative district) on the first day of early voting and the turnout was nothing. My mom went with me and says this is extremely unusual for the first day of early voting in this area. Depressed turnout for Republicans might be a very real thing. Also... you do have to wonder how many of the extremely low information Trump people knew they had to register? Trump has no ground game so...

I'd say Trump has an ANTI-ground game. He's given his people the wrong date for voting before- Nov 28th.

I doubt his crowd neither knows the date nor what they have to do to vote at all.

It's all part of his plan to claim the election was rigged.

Clips from the show are usually on the MSNBC website pretty quickly after the episode.

Geez voting is going to be a mess :/ I feel like it's going to be worse in swing states.

(Also, a bit off-topic, but Korea has recently imploded with the biggest political scandal ever and idk how I'm going to make a post that explains it because holy guacamole, shit went to hell in a hand basket)

I'm in a swing state (Virginia) and I voted early. I told them I have a religious obligation - when you check that box, they don't ask for any further information. LOL and it's a whole week after Diwali ends. But I did that without a hitch, and I saw a fair number of people going to vote early.

I'm sure it will be worse in swing states than non-swing states, just because there's so much more at stake there. IL, for example, is so blue--this state actually has big swaths or red, but we ALWAYS go blue in presidential elections--and the areas that are the bluest of all (notably Chicago) are also the ones with the highest minority populations. So you know, the GOP election fraud paranoiacs could always hang around polling places in Chicago to try to catch something going on, but they know as well as anyone else that the chances of swinging this state away from the blue end of the spectrum are infinitesimal, so I can't really see them knocking themselves out here. BUT in states that are up for grabs, where every vote counts and elections are often "decided on a razor's edge" as our lovely FLOTUS said today, those are the ones where shit is likely to go down, imo. (And by "shit," I don't mean election fraud; I mean shenanigans being pulled by Trump's trolls and others of their ilk ( ... )

This man and his stupid the votes are being rigged. He's just mad that Hillary has a definite chance of winning. I already voted by absentee ballot. I just hope Arizona actually votes yes to raising the minimum wage to 10$ (which still isn't enough) but it's better than what the wage is at now.

I have to laugh at the RNC scrambling so hard to distance itself from Drumpf. Uh, sorry,  guys, but he's YOUR candidate, YOU created this monster, and YOU are stuck with him now, lolololololol!
