SpaceX owner Elon Musk also outlined his plans of colonizing Mars, saying that he sees self-sustaining human civilizations living on Mars in the next 40-100 years.

I feel like colonizing Mars could only lead to an international incident where countries fight out the treaty they signed that says no one could own space.
