Hagerstown police taking heat over Facebook video that appears to show abuse of girl

The Hagerstown Police Department is taking heat on Facebook after a video surfaced earlier this week that shows what appears to be a handcuffed girl being pepper sprayed in the back of a police cruiser.

Not surprising, Hagerstown is so incredibly corrupt and racist.

It really is. Trump stopped by there months back and he was greeted with a warm welcome by most.

The only thing that surprises me is that it's taken this long for this kind of incident to be recorded happening there.

Wow. Yeah sure you want to help her guys, and I so totally believe you after you slamed her face into a wall and pepper sprayed her for absolutely no reason.

What struck me too, watching the police bodycam video, is just how incredibly NICE the cops were to the white motorist guy and how that stands in opposition to how they treated this poor kid.

This is so infuriating. That must be so traumatizing to a teenager, and even more so for one who's likely seen a dozen videos of black people being killed by police for nothing.
