1. I'm hate-watching Girl Meets World. I LOATHE Farkle holy shit he's horrible and I don't understand how anyone thought it would be a good idea to have him. Also, the TVTropes page on this show is making me :| because it's low-key anti-feminist. Why the fuck isn't he listed as The Scrappy? Because he is The Scrappy if ever I saw one. Also, Cory Matthews has zero classroom management skills. It's not fair that he keeps his job while I don't get renewed on the grounds that I struggle with classroom management. His lessons are allllllllllll over the place, not in line with the proper sequence of lessons. And he spends entirely too much time as sage on stage

Really. I loved Boy Meets World and wanted to love Girl Meets World but it can't decide if it's a new show or Boy Meets World 2 and it's being poor at doing both. And yes Matthews need to spend some time learning how to teach, like really teach. I wouldn't mind as much if it was a homeroom/advisory/mentoring class but it's social studies and almost nothing he does fits. He needs to not teach his kid.
My sister took my out for my birthday lunch yesterday and is gonna order my present. Lunch was great and then we went to the mall and I got more swag lol. Today, my husband and I went out for a drive, exploring but I felt so drained and moody. I ate but the feeling came back worse and by the time we got home, I was in a bad mood and completely exhausted. I took a nap.
Oh, man, my weekend ruled. I went to NYC yesterday with my mom and we saw Wicked, which I haven't seen in over a decade. We got amazing seats via a deal for Broadway Week. Plus we stumbled across a really great street festival down 9th Avenue, which was especially good because we got stuck in crazy traffic and needed a quick, cheap bite to eat.
