This is the Newsweek article I posted about early this morning. In that post, blackjedii kindly added the link to the full article when it became available, but I feel that it's important enough to warrant its own post.

Four paragraphs about Turkey (starting with "When the complex opened in 2012, Trump attended the ribbon-cutting") are misplaced: I think they need to be between

"Trump and Dogan first agreed that the Turkish company would pay a fee to put the Trump name on two towers in Istanbul"
and
"In other words, Trump would be in direct financial and political conflict with Turkey from the moment he was sworn into office."

I goofed something up. I'll fix it when I can get to my computer. (I'm on my phone now, and efforts to edit posts on this thing have led to disaster in the past.)

ETA: I think it's all fixed now. Let me know if I missed anything.

Not trying to make excuses, but this article was a bear to post! In addition to being really long, the text is interspersed with photos (and their captions) in such a way that necessitates copying in chunks, then scrolling to the next actual paragraph. I kept losing my place and missing bits that I then had to go back and pick up, lather, rinse, repeat. If I had it to do over, I'd do a paragraph by paragraph check (which is what I did when I was fixing it just now). However, all's well that ends well (I hope).

Will do. (See above note about being on my phone at the moment, lol.)

ETA: Fixed the link. Turns out it was there all along; I just messed up my html!

This was literally released yesterday. Give it some time... From Twitter: Apparently Reid has brought it up in Congress.

@SenatorReid, speaking on the Senate floor, just entered Eichenwald's @Newsweek piece into the congressional record.
