I can't understand why positions in the legal system would be elected in the first place. It boggles my mind. As does charging twelve-year-olds "as adults".

it's part of what makes the USA the most "free & democratic country in the world"... that has real consequences, like hate speech being protected and idiots being elected to law offices.

That's fantastic news. I guess I paid little attention as a Floridian because I wasn't even aware she was up for re-election. TBF though, I live nowhere near Duval, lol.
