As for the story, I'd like to take all the lawyers who file cases like this and fire them into the sun.

He is a waste of oxygen. However, how this is being spun as "he's suing the parents" is profoundly bad reporting (which, you know, TMZ). He's filed a motion in the already existing suit against him asking for the parents to be co-defendants because they he alleges they also significantly contributed to her victimization.

Though I don't understand what he's trying to do. He's already going to jail, why not just settle the suit? Maybe he feels he has no more image to protect so we may as well fight to keep the money...
