I've been so busy that all I knew of this attack was that it was at a hospital and that dozens had died and even more injured. I thought of patients, doctors, nurses and other medical professionals, but I never thought that there would be a set up to make sure that an entire group of visitors and well-wishers was destroyed. How extremely troubling!
