Team Refugee is the only reason I have any interest at all in the Olympics. The decision to allow a team of stateless people to compete against representatives of national states was both humane and marketing genius. I hope that throughout the world, everyone is seeing the potential contributions of refugees and that maybe some hearts will change. I suppose that's just what the Hungarian government fears, too.
