Wow, JAMA? I'm so glad he mentions the public option. At lot of people have such mixed feeling on the ACA, that I really hope we can get a public option through to help alleviate some ridiculous premiums.

As a healthcare professional I've gotten to see obamacare at work and it really is pulling its weight, however there are still so many steps to be taken, so many kinks to be worked out in our healthcare system. The worst feeling is having your hands tied and having to turn away a patient :(
Side note but I'm presenting my first scientific poster next month! One tiny step closer to fulfilling my dream of becoming a published scientist :)
