i'm not buying it, either. and even if it were true, is that sorry-ass excuse supposed to be better than the cop shooting kinsey with his hands up while he pleaded for them not to shoot him or his client? it's not like kinsey's client was any more of a threat to the police than kinsey himself, and if they would learn to just listen and get some damn facts instead of just immediately diving in with their itchy trigger fingers running the show, they would have realized that there was no reason for them to be there at all.
