MAC's new Trans 102 series is an effort to raise awareness for trans issues. The first video features Jen Richards of I Am Cait fame alongside 40+ transgender and gender non-conforming individuals. The company is also raising a million dollars for organizations that benefit the trans community.

It's too bad they aren't introducing a product to raise money for trans rights to go along with the money they promised. MAC's viva glam campaign has made over $400 million on behalf of AIDS charities. They could still do a limited edition line to honor trans people, with Candy Darling or someone like that on the packaging.
