This is getting more ridiculous every day, and by ridiculous, I mean worse.

I don't think anyone thought Johnson would be good, but I also think most people are shocked by this announcement. At this point, even the most involved journalists and politicians have no idea who is actually going to step up.

I honestly, HONESTLY believe that the Leave campaign "knew" they were not going to win, so much of what happened in the weeks/days before the vote suggested low-key self sabotage. I truly believe they just wanted to "send a message" and then use the vote to gain more traction in the UK gov and EU. Now that they have won, pretty much everyone who supported Leave is going, "fuck fuck fuck fuck" and has no idea what to do next.
