we can assume that the Trump camp simply bought lots of email lists and began spamming them with desperate requests for money, not knowing that some of them led to Scottish members of Parliament.

this seems so obvious to me tbh. and knowing that, it's also embarrassing that she's replying to the email as if donald trump jr emailed her personally when it is clearly just an automated thing. like it seems more like neither the trump campaign nor this politician knows how the internet works.
