There's still London which is a highly populated area but idk what to expect from there (more cultural diversity will probably lead to Remain but I've heard some time ago they have been leaning towards Leave, hope that's changed).

Fear not, Remain has a lead now bc of Glasgow. It's not a huge lead but it's hopeful.
