Supreme Court Upholds UT's Affirmative Action Plan

Washington (CNN) - The Supreme Court on Thursday upheld the race-conscious admissions program at the University of Texas, saying that the plan taking race into consideration as one factor of admission is constitutional.

She was so dumb. She could've gone to another school in state for a year, and provided she met GPA requirements, she could have transferred into UT for her sophomore year. But that option wasn't good enough for her. So glad they put an end to her nonsense.
