A lawyer friend of mine was ranting about this all over Facebook yesterday. This is terrifying to me.

Yeah, I'll admit I had trouble parsing the technical language as well, but the fact my all my lawyer friends are horrified is kind of telling. Will be getting more "translations" from them!

In case you don't feel like reading the short breakdown is The logic of the majority's decision -- now the law of the land -- says even a warrant for an unpaid parking ticket is a free pass for officers to perform a search of your person.

(we're right at our limit).

I had some ideas about that:

-"Republicans" "Republican Party" "Republicans. lol" and "GOP" could be condensed into one tag

-"Godwin's Law," while amusing, only has 13 uses and could probably be eliminated.

-"Haley Barbour" is no longer governor of Mississippi, only has 8 uses, and TBH is scum undeserving of a permanent tag.

-"Helen Thomas" has also faded from public attention sufficiently that her tag (also only 8 uses) could be removed.

-"Laura Bush" has only 9 uses, and the woman has kept her ass decidedly out of politics for years. Consider a "Former US First Lady" tag instead.

-"John Ensign" has gone back to being a vet, has only 9 uses, is unnecessary now.

-"Presidential Ab-Point" has only 8 uses and is kind of pointless

- "Riots/Rioting" and "UK Riots" can be merged into one tag

-"Science Does Not Work That Way" is pretty rarely used

-"Trolls Gone Wild" "Trolly Trolly Troll" and "Tucker Carlson" can all be merged into one tag.

Additionally, are you aware that there isn't a tag for the US

It's like the constitution doesn't even exist anymore.

The current militarization of the police is harmful enough, and this Supreme Court has continually disregarded the negative consequences the court's ruling might have on people of color. It seems like the US has set itself up perfectly for a fascist regime.

Weakening the second amendment is the main issue for the President and liberals right now, so it will happen eventually. Obama's fine with putting guns directly in the hands of drug dealers and terrorists though.
