Last week, the global drug company Pfizer announced sweeping new restrictions on the distribution of seven of its products, preventing them from being used to carry out the death penalty. People need to stop calling lethal injection "humane". There is no humane way to execute someone. But I guess slapping on that term makes people feel better about their pro-death penalty stance.

Also we don't know how much they suffer. They're given a paralytic so for all we know they aren't fully sedated and aware of everything. I'd rather be shot in the head than that.
