Rough week. Update on my father's cancer diagnoses. They caught it in time and hes getting treatment. Thursday, the 12th, marked the third anniversary of my mother's death. My husband took me out to dinner that night and it really took the edge off. Felt much better after that. Yesterday, I had my first therapist appointment. That went very well and I look forward to working with her on my issues and mental health. Saw Captain America: Civil War and I thought it was a good movie.
