I don't often comment on political issues, elections, etc. in other countries, because I usually don't feel like I'm familiar enough with all the issues. But Goldsmith certainly sounds like a douchebag, and Khan sounds awesome. A human rights lawyer, no less. Excellent!

On a few websites some people were freaking out that London was going become some sort of Muslim Hell (actual words used by one guy)and OMG sharia law is coming and I pointed out that Calgary's Mayor Nenshi is N. America's first Muslim Mayor and so far that city is still the same.
