Are we getting the first preview of what a Bernie Sanders exit interview could look like? The Vermont senator seemed to have a more resigned tone on Sunday during an interview on NBC's "Meet the Press

What would he bargain for?

I heard a theory floated that he'd trying to get Hillary to agree to change something - perhaps campaign finance laws, or the superdelegate system, so he can point to it and say this election season itself was a mini-revolution. Whether or not she'll go with it (if she wins she'd need to campaign again in 4 years and would want to set herself up in the best scenario) is unclear.

He put up a good fight, and he's a good man, but he just is not going to win this. I'm pleased to see him stirring people up and making people *think*, but i really hope he continues on as an ally, and does what he can to keep the GOP from winning both the Presidential race as well as senate and congressional races.

I'm guessing the negotiations are going to start soon between the two campaigns if they haven't already.
