I don't think he does because A) it will only happen if the convention is such a shitshow that it alienates most of the party and B) nominating a Paul Ryan type is almost daring Trump to run 3rd party.

if the gop is trying to look for an alternative to the three in the race rn, tbh i think rubio would be a better bet than paul ryan. he at least had high favorability ratings among voters this cycle even though he wasn't a lot of people's first choice.

but i'm not interested in the idea of a republican in the white house. so.
