Yeah, I've stopped reading my Breaking News app because you hear about them a lot more. It just makes me depressed. I don't like feeling that way, because I want to be informed but sometimes I wish I could go back to naively believing that this only happens when you hear it on CNN, MSNBC, etc.

I heard that the bombing was near a children's play area. Like these assholes were specifically targeting children.

Gulshan-e-Iqbal is a garden park and an amusement park, so it has typical park swings, gardens, walkways, and also rides. It's almost always full of people, and it would have been packed today, mostly with children and their mothers. But I don't know what else we could expect from pure evil.

And this is nothing new for them: in Dec. 2014 they killed 141 people at a school in Peshawar (132 of these were children).
