This makes me very sad for PR. : ( Would you prefer statehood, independence, or staying a territory?
I feel like the whole Cuba thing is only obvious. Whenever non whites are involved and America has open arms it's suspicious to begin with.

This is all so ridiculous. PR owes 70 billion in debt? Does anything thing that's ever *really* going to be repaid? Without destroying the country? Smartest thing to do is simply forget the debt, and get PR back on its feet as a productive, economically healthy country.

Then *maybe* they can repay some of that, ten or twenty years down the line. It's revolting that we're pretty much allowing PR - which is *part of the US* - to sink like this.
