The latest installment of “The Internet Explodes with Hatred for Hillary Clinton” happened earlier this month. The Democratic presidential candidate, whose own record on AIDS research and funding is better than any other candidate, mistakenly said that former US first lady Nancy Reagan was a key supporter of AIDS research. Reagan was, in reality,

Clinton Cruz Trump and Bernie are Presidents and as we have seen with Obama Presidents are all limited by what Congress allows them to do.
With all the fixation on the Presidencyy it is HELLA important to talk about which party controls the Senate and the HoR. They will ultimately be the body that sets the laws amd control who gets funding.
So even if you are conflicted about Hillary or Bermie you should still go out and vote.

Anything to weaken the Democratic vote (because, despite certain independents running, we still are basically a two-party system) is just...weird, to me. The GOP loathes probably 95 percent of the people who comment here, because I'd be willing to bet that at least that amount of people here are either black/hispanic/asian/something not white, LGBTQ, vegan, green, a liberal, poor-to-middle class, female, non-Xian, all of the above, some of the above.
And they have made it clear they pretty much hate every single thing that is not white, straight, cis, male, Xian and rich (with the occasional 'stand by your man', gun-totin' woman tossed in for make-weight).

the republicans should not get that white house, but just because hillary is a dem doesn't mean that dems are obligated to give her their vote. it isn't "weakening" the vote to say, "this candidate does not represent me accurately, nor do i think that she will protect or advocate for me on a local and national scale."

fucking so what? hillary has made it clear that she doesn't give tha tmuch of a fuck about people in this category either.
And yet. She votes 93 or 95% EXACTLY LIKE BERNIE. But she 'doesn't care' and he does?

the "facts" and "opinions" here are wrapped up in a clear tone of, "if you don't vote for her..."

If Clinton is going to win over Democrats and Independents who supported Sanders, it won't come from this sort of scolding.
And, I think a lot of this hand-wringing is premature. I remember in 08 people getting very worked up over so-called PUMAs who weren't going to support Obama. That ended up being a non-issue. What people say months before the election while venting on social media and what they actually do in the voting booth are likely two very different things
