i wish i could find the poll now, but i remember bernie was gaining traction real quick with native americans and asians (and also another study showing that asians viewed bernie more favorably than hrc), but the mainstream media dgaf about us so it was never reported :(

mmm, I can deal with condescending white feminism; it's the complete lack of political imagination that irks me. I'm NOT on board with Hillary's "No We Can't!" campaign that tells me to be happy with the crumbs that I'll get after her and her top campaign contributors sit in a room and decide how much they can or cannot give up to make the middle class feel like it's getting something from her.... I'd rather go down fighting with Bernie and I think that is what is at the heart of all Bernie supporters. We're over it with crumbs, we want the whole loaf now. I believe it can also be called The Tocqueville Effect

When you're a lawyer you take an oath and can be disbarred for not advocating for the clients you represent.

I have a client now who is a lying bastard trying to hide all of his money and cheat his daughter from child support but guess what? I have to do what he wants until (a) he fires me or (b) the judge lets me withdraw.

It's not as black and white as people think - not advocating for a client literally goes against the oath attorneys take; guilty or not.

Yup. There are people who knew Hillary at the time that say she asked to be let off but it wasn't happening. As gross as it was in this case, it's the whole point of our justice system - that even the guilty deserve a fair trial.
