In terms of promoting this community, feel free to post about ontd_political in the daily round-up posts (around 10:30am PST everyday) and in Free for all Friday posts (starting around 4pm PST Fridays).

I want to help this community become more active and create posts that promote discussion, but I also don't want to be annoying. Thoughts?

eveofrevolution As a side note, to attract new members, it may be a good idea to try to keep the community looking as active and current as possible. Not sure if you are able to, but maybe change the featured posts to discussion posts or more current news? Also changing the older twitter icon to the current icon? I have web design experience, so this is something I can help with (if you would like). The look and feel of a page can really do wonders in terms of attracting new members.

I just don't understand how anyone thinks an endorsement from Sarah Palin would be wise for their political goals.

I had no idea Stephen Colbert was the brain behind all those Bad Lip Reading parodies.

And LOL at Pailin being like the Trojan Horse (of the Apocalypse.) People think it's a good idea, until they get her in the gate.. .an ooooh boy. Somewhere John McCain is laughing his ass off.
