awwwww yeahhhh. I'm totally distracted by the Golden Globes though and I don't know why because I have not seen anything-- except Empire & Jane the Virgin.
I've not seen pretty much anything, and I'm getting severe motts (secondhand embarrassment) watching it. I keep having to mute it because I can't deal with it, but I@m still watching.
I'm cat sitting right now with two very cuddly yet demanding cats. They wake me up at 4am to go outside and again two hours later for food. But they love all the cuddles and cat kisses so I guess that sort of makes up for it.
I had two leadership development events which were great for community building and all. There was a lot of dreaming and vision making as well as body awareness building. Good times.
I also attended a memorial service for a friend and a good portion of my hometown showed up. He was a kid from my swim team who passed very young (22) and so many of my former teammates, coaches, teachers, and classmates were there. It was an amazing if very bittersweet reunion. But also very good reminder that life is so unpredictable and uncertain so we should always tell our loved ones how much we care.
Things nobody tells you about pregnancy: even eating metric tons of fruit won't keep you regular. Typing this from the bathroom as we speak. DEAR GOD! 17 weeks 3 days down, 22 weeks 4 days remaining.....
