Ethical guilt is not criminal guilt.

You're right, its not a criminal act, but it should be considered as one. For example: a 15 year-old teenager tells a 4 year-old kid to cross the street onto oncoming traffic, the kids dies. The teenager didn't push him or put the kid on the street himself but he is nevertheless guilty of encouraging him. Don't you think this act should be penalized?

BTW who is that on your profile pic?

I totally agree that it should be penalized, the problem is prosecuting it. THat is Jared Padalecki.

Oh the prosecution is the problem, alright, I guess that's understandable. Law can be tricky.

Oh my god, Jared Padalecki! He looks huge...

Oh god, she should have call an adult or go to his house, but instead encourage him... And the lawyer has the nerve to say she "didn't do anything wrong" I'm so upset by this.

She's 18 years old. She is not a kid, she is a legal adult. She not only drove but she told him to 'get back in' when he got out of the car.

Here's the buzzfeed article about it: Link

And wouldn't what she did fall under a cyber bullying law?

What kind of sick fuck tells someone to get 'back in' unless they wanted them to go through with it?
