I guess my questions are,

1) This is NEWS? Putin's sociopathy is obvious. Although semantics-- sociopath and psychopath are not the same. Charles Manson is a psychopath. Most others are just sociopaths.

2) Why, oh why, Russia, would you elect a former KGB leader to the presidency?
