It's a FANTASTIC thing in so much as the FCC Chairman is siding against the telecommunications companies and with "us" but keep in mind that this is only an announcement. It still has to be voted on by the FCC other chairpeople
And you know tha tthe telecommunications companies are going to be pushing and pushing hard against it. Don't be surprised if they draft a law to give to Congress to pass on their behalf.
