Fun story: The rest of Maryland refers to Frederick as Fredneck.

That editorial is a thing of genuine beauty.

Only one flaw: I felt it was a little unclear on the name of the, er, gentleman in question. Could someone clarify that point for me?

I think they were trying to reference... What's his name, Kirby Delauter? I'm not sure. Kirby Delauter sounds right, but at the same time I'm not totally sure Kirby Delauter was the right name. It could have been something other than Kirby Delauter, but for some reason Kirby Delauter keeps sticking in my head.

Something something Kirby Delauter something something.

Kirby Delauter.

It would be even more hilarious if he actually decided to sue the reporter. XD

Oh please please please let him hire Charles Carreon (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Charles_Carreon), oh pleeeaaaasseee! I would LOVE to read the massive amount of hilarious fuckery that would ensue. Since The Oatmeal vs Funny Junk/Carreon fiasco has died out, I'm lacking recent hilarious legal battles to read about. My popcorn is growing stale...

(I'm considering sending an email to Delauter HIGHLY recommending Carreon as a umm great lawyer for internet legal cases. Haha)
