I can see why there's a case for banning the various violence and abuse based ones if they've been unable to regulate industry appropriately to keep performers safe. If they were overseeing it well enough that they could say definitively all the performers worked in a safe environment and agreed they were not coerced into doing something they had not agreed to, that's one thing. Then everybody can make as kinky a porno as they want. since we're nowhere NEAR that and abuse is rampant, banning the most dangerous types is a good move while you figure out how to come up with a safe and sane system. Regulate the rest WELL and then maybe you can introduce back the other things later
