This isn't much different from the conversations that occurred after Rhianna's dress, or Kim K's magazine cover. I'm not sure why we act like it's a spectacle to watch Arab women and men talking about this stuff, as if they're super backwards or something, when the exact same narrative pops up in societies around the world.
