The whole thing is just so incomprehensible to me. I'd be pretty scared/stressed trying to study day to day knowing there's a gun in the class room.
Between this and the "bullet proof blankets" I'm wondering if parents feel like they're sending their kids to the front lines every morning instead of school. Like I would understand if this was happening in a country where there's war but...

as bad as cops can be, i'd rather have them than a couple of armed teachers who got some slipshod weekend SWAT training.
