No one ever has sex unless married! and heteros never ever ever have sex other than missionary-lights off. DUH.
All those other problems? Not their problems. If people would just have rIght wing think tank approved liasons ( imagine the paperwork), everything would be peachy.
A) Lesbians have the lowest HIV rates of anyone, so by their logic (and I use the word loosely) they should be campaigning hard for same-sex marriage between women. Somehow I find this unlikely.
B) Advocating for better sex ed, access to free/cheap condoms, and better medical care would actually be a productive solution. Again, I find this unlikely.
C) The legality of gay marriage had just about nothing to do with how many gay people are having sex. Your argument is completely pointless.
If it's the overall health of the LGBT community the Liberty Counsel is worried about, it should advocate for marriage equality and condemn anti-LGBT bigotry. That would do more to reduce "lower life expectancy, suicide, higher rates of substance abuse, depression, inadequate access to care, HIV/AIDS, sexually transmitted diseases, certain cancers, and eating disorders" than treating anyone who is not straight or cis-gendered as evil or less than human.

But then, so does everyone which makes using as a reason pretty damn dumb.
