Actually, it would make more sense to mention ONLY Kirk in that context. After all, he was the only one who slept with anything that had/appeared to have female parts and breathed oxygen!

Both Sisko and Picard had much more self-control were much more circumspect in their choice of sexual/romantic partners than Kirk. I think Janeway could have gotten away with acting like either of them. But a woman acting like Kirk? OMG, what a shameless hussy! :-D
