WTF! This is utterly deplorable and the very opposite of a serving to the community. I hate living in Tennessee and can't wait to get the fuck out of here.
He said he was against Kyle's amendment because there must first be a full inventory of how many untested rape kits there are statewide so that funds can be properly allocated.
This actually makes sense and given his record, I believe his reasoning. My first response was outrage, but they may need more money than this, so it makes sense.
