counting the days til this fucker gets shut down for breaking the law....

because while LGBT people aren't protected from discrimination (and fuck you, OK, for that) you can't discriminate against all the other people he ~*doesn't like*~. I'm seeing comments that he kicked out a customer who was in a wheelchair, tho I'm still looking for confirmation.

ETA: and boycotters are apparently having fun getting back at this asshole: http://progressivepopulist.org/2014/02/09/revenge-bigot-owned-oklahoma-restaurant-rebranded-gay-bar-online-reviewers-video/

Seriously, does he really NOT know there are laws about things like this? The blatant ignorance of the ADA--just that one alone is making my head feel like exploding.

Yeah, the guy he kicked out who was in a wheelchair is a longtime customer who didn't care about discrimination until he was in a motorcycle accident, ended up in a wheelchair and was told to GTFO. Now all of a sudden he's outraged. Fuck that guy.

OMG, the reviewers on Yelp are having a field day with this. I hope it tanks his business. Hand of the free market, bbs.

This place is apparently a somewhat popular hangout for personnel from the local Air Force base.

do they still have to call it alledged discrimination when he's so proud to talk about it in public?

I think they do it for legal purposes, so it can't be pulled up to use as 'see! The jury was BIASED' type stuff. Also so the news place can't get nailed for slander or libel for saying he is discriminating (even if he completely is).

That's my understanding as well.
