I think if it were Congress there'd be no way, but Chevron's going to court, and the burden's on them to prove their case, and protected speech is protected pretty well.

And even cases where the courts have ruled against free speech it can be appealed and overturned.

this is such asshole behaviour... if they win, it sets a really bad precedent since RICO was enacted to *prevent* this kind of bullying.
