Dude, if you hate the country that much, just leave. Fire yourself off into the sun, and take all the like-minded Neanderthals (although that's probably an insult to actual Neanderthals though, sorry), and GTFO.
Also, I think he would be in for a VERY NASTY surprise if he did so. There really aren't that many hardcore TEA party people, and any new revolt would go exactly the way the last one did. Just because we don't brag about our gun ownership or our militant attitudes doesn't mean we don't own the guns and know how to use them.
If something's 'by far' then that means that there's a surplus - 'By far the majority of walrus tamers said that they harboured no romantic feelings for pinnipeds' makes perfect sense because it means that considerably more than 50% of walrus tamers said that, but you can't have 'by far ten out of ten' because a) That's a specific number, so there's no surplus on that, and b) That's all of them, so there's no surplus there either.
I realise this is a moot point, because literally not a single one of these retired CIA agents actually exists, but it really bothers me, man.
Also, wow, there's nothing creepy at all at suggesting that a country should be ruled only by retired military. Nothing creepy at all.
Well, it's not entirely a moot point-- it's yet more evidence that this guy is a kook. I'm leery of right-wing nutjobs in general, but "by far" the ones who creep me out the most are those who lack the most basic math skills.
