your own fucking game isn't even original but a rip off of previous "match 3" games like Bejeweled. Their game "Bubble Witch Saga" is a ripoff of Puzzle Bobble.

Like this is easily confused with Candy Crush.

Anything to keep indie game developers from being a threat to the "established" game companies- The Banner Saga is already attracting a lot of attention and the big boys can't have that. Throw anything in their way to keep them from bringing quality games back.
