I actually think this is really really cool.

I'm a total hippie-commune-lover at heart, but I'm not interested in other people to pursue it. I like that the attitude is something so positive in such a hellish-sounding community. I sort of want to high-five the stinky hippies for at least trying something, even if it's an ideal that may fall though.

And I LOL'd at "Hey Dr. Bob!" just because I can't picture a physician wandering into a crack-shack very well.

Huh. My first instinct was to be skeptical, but as long as they're not gentrifying the area or taking anything away from the people who already live there, this seems okay.
