My thought to that statement was: Ok, so the children of addicts don't deserve to eat? Isn't that even MORE of a reason for the state to step in and make sure the children are fed? WTF, Bill?

he claims some of the charities he gives to gives money directly to children and not their no good drug addicted parents. that makes no sense. does he give to charities that provide services to some special charity that hands out meals to kids only. i don't understand.
