The leader of the Catholic Church has been quietly sneaking out of the Vatican at night to minister to homeless residents, according to a new report

I like to imagine him pretending to be asleep while the Cardinals check on him, the throwing off his covers and slipping out the window.

He's not real, right? He must be a mass hallucination.

he's not perfect by any means - but he's a thousand times better than those he succeeded. he's the first religious figure who actually practices what he preaches and that warms the tiny shriveled dill pickle remains of my heart.

Finally! We have a Pope that remembers that Jesus taught us to love and help the poor. JPII did okay, but his messages of tolerance fell short, and the less said about Benedict the better. Francis practices his teachings and has opened his arms to so many. I applaud his efforts.

That's pretty neat. I'm still not so keen on the Catholic church, but this pope seems like a good sort.
