A POLICE helicopter? What the ever-loving fuck. I hope the investigation gets to the bottom of this SOON. It's really hard to imagine an acceptable or reasonable explanation coming out of this, but knowing what went wrong and why is very, very important nonetheless. As is punishing any guilty parties who can be identified.
