It's bad enough when you get raisins, apples or toothbrushes on Halloween. But one woman is taking the "no candy" gift to new extreme. She's handing out written letters, but only to children she deems as "obese."

If she really thought that Halloween candy is so bad why is she giving it out at all? Why not give out stickers or temp. tattoos? This isn't about the children's health. This is about her wanting to feel morally superior to whoever she deems as too big and their parents. I would wish for her to get a few TRICKS but I am sure she would just somehow twist it around to make herself feel justified.
