I remember when this happened - it was very shocking to me. As an Aussie kid watching the Vietnam War I had always thought that the US were the Good Guys. It was the first time I had my worldview challenged. The beginning of growing up, I guess - understanding that no country is all good or bad, that ends and means matter.

I feel so sorry for the lost, and for the families of the missing. It's just a neverending tragedy.
