My 15 year old cousin committed suicide last week (that's the official story, since there was a note and he was alone in the house) and bullying might have been involved. This is pissing me off so bad I can't even think. I was suicidal in my teens (didn't succeed, thank goodness) and it's NEVER something to fucking joke about or use in such a disgusting way.
There's a special ring in Hell for folks like this.
Thanks. I wish I could say I knew him well, but I only saw him a few times in his life (thanks to distance, both physical and otherwise) but he seemed like an awesome kid and this has just devastated his parents. The subject has always been one that's too close for me, but after this it just seems to carry even more weight than ever.
I'm so sorry about your cousin. *hugs offered* I have spent most of my life dealing with suicidal ideation (bipolar sucks). How ANYBODY could think that this was a good idea... I don't even want to know.
