Oh god, yes! Not to mention that they were rescued by Venezuelans and flown him on US tax dollars. Darn those taxes!

I totally agree. I really hope there is at least an investigation into the fact that these people took children on a dangerous journey with what sounds like little to no preparation. I'm so thankful that they were rescued but dearly hope that these kids are not allowed to stay with parents who thought that this was an intelligent idea.

It would if harming innocents didn't disqualify you from a Darwin Award. But I think the way things turned out would leave them eligible for an Honorable Mention.
